MUMS + BUBS

A full body exercise session where you are encouraged to bring baby along to ensure you can stay consistent + regular with your return to exercise goal. Bub can be placed on a mat next to your reformer or stay put in a capsule/pram as you are guided through your exercise session.

PRE + POST MUMMA

A mixed class for prenatal and postnatal mummas focusing on strength, flexibility and function. Sorry, no babies to this class.

PRENATAL PREP

Suitable for all mumma's to be no matter what their experience or background is with exercise. It aims to keep pregnant mums moving and building strength to support bump and postnatal recovery in a safe environment where you are guided through an exercise plan that suits you and your body.

Each class will include a full body workout with focus on pelvic floor as well as some education content to support you through your pregnancy journey.

REFORMER FLOW

General reformer based strength + conditioning class for both beginner and intermediate levels. It includes a full body strength focus as well as a mobility, utilising weights and equipment to provide a functional and diverse session.

SMALL GROUP

This Clinical Pilates class allows our Physiotherapist to individualise your Pilates program to focus on a specific injury or area of rehab, as well as to target a particular goal you would like to achieve.

Suitable for those wanting an individualised program, as well as first time reformer users or someone who hasn't exercised for a long period.
